She kept me and her mom on our toes but it was so worth it because I just love every image I took of her. We had lots of great, bright colors and variety, and she was so in love with my set of pearls and wouldn’t hear of parting with them for the first half of her session ;)  So cute, and it totally reminds me of my little one.

Jennifer, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you and your cutie pie, and I hope you enjoy these adorable images :)

Nothing like a handful of cheerios, while dressed up in a cute romper sitting on a big ole pillow, lol… I just love the purple, and her facial expressions are soo stinkin cute! I wonder what she’s thinking in the image on the left :D

I absolutely love these colors, so happy and ready for Spring! (And yes the pearls are back; she wouldn’t let us touch them, lol! Just like my little girl ;)

And she just LOVES her Elmo, so so sweet…

Time to eat some yummy cake! How adorable is this outfit her mom brought?! I love it!

At 48 days old I wasn’t sure how long she would sleep or how flexible she would be, and she sure surprised me! She was SO amazingly good and slept almost the entire time and let me pose her every which way. Her sweet parents are so in love with her and I am thrilled to have captured such a special time in their lives.

Ours was wonderful and went by way too fast!! It was so nice to take some time off and spend a lot of quality time with my family. I’ll be posting pics of my 3 girls very soon! :)

Kicking off the new year I’ve had a few newborns and little ones and am so excited to share!

This little guy is so absolutely adorable, and was so sweet to photograph. Ashton Trex was 10 days old on his session day, and it was so wonderful to finally meet his sweet parents and capture this special time for their family. We did a few different set-ups, and with his room being shades of blue, I used a lot of blue throughout his session, including a beautiful hand-woven blanket that was made for him.

Jeff and Kelly, I hope you enjoy these sweet images of your little cutie :)

He slept pretty good for the first part of the session, and I just love this big yawn…

Though it was extremely windy, she was a trooper and we really got some beautiful images. I’m so glad we still had some leaves and Fall colors, and I absolutely love the variety of adorable and trendy outfits she brought with her. Her mom and sisters came along and were a great help; we went to a few different spots and I really love all the images we got.

Her mom came along to help and is so sweet, and I’m so glad to have met them and captured this special time for their family.

I was overjoyed to see Aurora again, who had grown so much from her newborn session, and is SO very beautiful. She just started sitting on her own and is such a sweet little thing. Very serious but lots of expressions… and once she smiles, she totally melts you!

Truly they exude happiness and I can’t help but smile every time I see them. I took sweet little Delaney’s newborn pictures and was ecstatic when Chris and Jenna contacted me again to take her one year… I can’t believe how fast the time has gone. She is such a beautiful little girl, and SO very happy and full of energy. We did lots of crazy sounds and movements to get her attention, lol, and it was well worth it… I just love all the setups we did for her and every image is just adorable!!!

Chris and Jenna, I am so very happy to have captured more memories for you guys! Delaney is so very precious :)

She is so super sweet and absolutely beautiful, and yes, sorry Kaitlyn I have to say it… she looks just like Brooke Shields! The weather was nice and sunny but chilly, and during the middle of her session the wind picked up like craaazy! Definitely made it hard to get some shots but I absolutely love every image I took of her.

So gorgeous, love this close-up, and her eyes look amazing…

I just love the colors in all of these…

With almost every tree bare at the next location we went to, I saw a beautiful tree that still had yellow leaves and knew I had to get some shots there. Well, this spot may have been THE hardest spot I’ve tried to shoot in to date… but honestly it was completely worth it and I think the below are some of my favorite images ever… she is gorgeous, posed perfectly, and the colors make me happy :)  {Kaitlyn and Mickey, thank you for trusting my vision, I know this wasn’t the funnest spot to get to, or stand in, lol!)

The wind was seriously crazy strong at this spot!! So glad I was able to get a couple good ones where her hair wasn’t blowing all over the place, and I just love these…

The square had every colored leave imaginable on the ground…

I really like all the contrast in these images, with the red and black building, black and white chair with her black and white top, very cool :)
